1950s Blue Brocade Dress, Size M/L

Gorgeous medium weight brocade dress, black background with shades of blue and creamy silver roses. Interesting notched boat neckline and huge pocket detailing. Bracelet length sleeves have a 2 inch hem that can be let down a bit if you like, but I think they have perfect balance with the dress the way they are. Dress does up on the side with a metal zipper. No lining. A stunning dress for a gal with a full figure! In very good vintage condition, clean and ready to wear (a little bit of what looks like smeared lipstick inside at the waist line). I do not see a tag so it may be handmade and if so, very nicely done.
