80s does 40s Peplum Dress with Jacquard Floral Design and Bow, Size M

1980s dress with really 1940s styling and details like shoulder pads and big draping peplum at the back. The fabric is a silky crinkle polyester with a pretty floral jacquard print. Scooped neckline and princess seams on the bodice make it a semi-fitted style. This is such a pretty dress and would be suitable for a civil wedding, garden wedding, to attend a garden party... It is a creamy ivory and you can style it up with virtually any colour of shoes and accessories from ivory to black and even a bright colour to add some pop and drama. The bodice is fully lined but the skirt portion is not so you would probably want at least a 1/2 slip. It is in very good, clean condition and ready to wear. Made in Canada.
